Debbie Wheeler
Client Service Representative
Deb has lived in Arizona since 1978. Here she has raised her three children and continues to watch her grandchildren grow. She and her husband enjoy riding quads, hiking with their Pyrenees puppies and riding horses. Deb has been a CPR instructor for the past five years through the American Red Cross. After working for the Humboldt Unified School District for 27 years, she retired in 2007 to work with animals. Her main job is client service and this includes greeting clients, taking payments and scheduling appointments.
Christine Lichlyter
Client Service Representative
Christine graduated from Scottsdale College with a degree in Equine Science and she is also a certified equine sport massage therapist. She was born in New York and enjoys visits back home to see her family. Horseback riding, camping and dancing are also a few of her favorite things.
Staeci Hembree
CSR Team Leader/Client Service Representative
Staeci was raised on a farm in Peoria, Arizona until she was eleven years old. Her parents taught her how to work hard and care for both people and animals. As a result she became interested in medicine at a young age. For ten years she worked at Boswell Hospital in admitting services. After moving to Prescott Valley she chose to work in veterinary medicine. As customer service team leader, Staeci oversees client service for both clients and their pets throughout the hospital. She enjoys swimming, gardening and spending time with her two daughters, husband and three dogs.

Rebecca Ivie
Client Service Representative
Becky knew she wanted to work around animals when her dog got sick with canine parvovirus. Serving as a client service representative she is able to assist clients in making the correct decision for their pets needs. Becky was born in Colorado and she enjoys going to the Sun Dogs hockey games, bike riding, and camping.
Tammy Waithman
Client Service Representative
Tammy attended college in California and graduated with an associate of science degree in exotic animal training and management and a bachelor of science degree in biology. Tammy has worked for an animal company that trained animals for movies and television, taught eighth grade science and worked for a zoo hospital before moving to Prescott Valley. She is a client service representative and her main job is to make sure exceptional client service is provided to all clients. Tammy enjoys spending time with her two daughters and three dogs. She also has an aviary with fifty finches and a Hahn’s macaw.
