Appointments
Appointments
To allow adequate time for the doctor to meet with you and your pet, we recommend a scheduled appointment.

If you prefer to see a certain doctor, please let us know when you schedule your appointment.

When your schedule does not allow time to set up an appointment we can admit your pet for the day. While your pet is staying with us the doctor can perform an exam and contact you with a treatment plan.

Emergencies
If you are experiencing an emergency during regular office hours, please let us know when you call; upon arrival at the hospital your pet will be assessed immediately. For emergencies after hours, please call 928-772-6069, our answering service will contact the doctor on-call. We have a doctor and veterinary technician on-call 24 hours a day.

There will be an additional fee for emergencies. Payment in full is required at the time services are provided unless prior arrangements are made.

Fees
If you have any questions regarding our services we can provide you with an estimate for treatment after an examination.

All services are to be paid for at the time they are provided. We accept cash, debit, personal checks with a valid Arizona driver’s license, CareCredit, Visa,  MasterCard and Discover. (We cannot accept a check or card without photo I.D.)

Hospital Admission Policy
All patients admitted into the hospital must be current on vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. If your pet is not current on vaccines they can be given the day of admission and fleas or ticks will be treated with Frontline or Vectra at your expense.
