Vicki Leavitt, CVT
Certified Veterinary Technician
Vicki graduated from the veterinary technician program at Foothill College in 2000 and passed the California State and National Board exam. Born and raised in southern California, Vicki maintained an amazing assortment of animals while growing up. She always knew happiness would be found helping keep the animals healthy and happy. Her primary job is a surgical technician and finds great satisfaction in performing dental prophylaxis cleanings.
Nina Howard
In-patient Coordinator/Veterinary Technician
Nina works as a technician and in-patient coordinator. Her job is to make sure that those patients in need of special care receive their treatment as prescribed by the attending veterinarian. She is a certified animal care specialist and enjoys working with all types of animals, including snakes and birds. Nina enjoys horseback riding, hiking, camping and, of course, spending time with her family.
Tina Hallett
Out-patient Team Leader/Veterinary Technician
Tina has been working as a veterinary technician in the Tri-city area for the past fourteen years. Currently working as a technician and out patient team leader, helping to manage the team in daily responsibilities and training. She chose this career, of course, because of her love for animals and feels good about educating clients on the best care for their pets. “They come to us for these answers and advice. It makes me feel good to give them and their pets the care that I can.” Tina enjoys going camping, four-wheeling and spending time with her family.

Kim Voss
Surgery Coordinator/Veterinary Technician
Kim was born and raised in Nebraska. She grew up on a hog farm, but moved to Arizona in 1985. At the age of three she told her parents she would work with animals and to this day still loves this field. As surgery coordinator Kim keeps surgery a smooth running department while helping with anything the doctors need. She enjoys horseback riding, day trips and riding ATV’s.

Tammy Hughes, CVT
Team Leader/Certified Veterinary Technician
Tammy is a certified veterinary technician and one of three team leaders. Responsibilities of a team leader include writing the protocol for all areas of the hospital, hiring, and human resources. Tammy started as a receptionist at Prescott Valley Pet Clinic eleven years ago and has worked at several other animal hospitals, returning to PVPC five years ago. She and her husband have managed working cow ranches and worked their dogs on those ranches. Horses, team roping and home improvement are a few of her favorite things.
